Please open your game installation directory, locate CapturePro.exe, and launch it.

Unable to Log In or Enter a Match
If you are unable to log in or enter a match, click Network Adaptability Test to check network connectivity.


Severe In-Game Latency
If you experience significant network delays during matches, click Network Delay Test.

You may select nodes you frequently connect to or regions closest to your location for testing.
After waiting for approximately ~20 seconds, manually click Stop to end the test.

You may run this test while playing the game. Click Stop when noticeable latency occurs.

After testing, send us the tr_results_xxxxxxxx_xxxxxx.zip file (located in the folder) via Discord. The information in this file will help us resolve the issue. This greatly assists us in optimizing and improving game performance. Your cooperation helps make Marvel Rivals better!
