Greetings, Rivals!
Every team match relies on the active participation of every single member. Being inactive, throwing, or leaving a match early not only disrupts the normal flow of the game, but also places an unfair, heavy burden on teammates who are still fighting hard to win.
To better guarantee a positive gameplay experience for everyone and to protect the rights of players who earnestly engage in their matches, we are adjusting the penalty rules for these violations.
We are increasing the severity of penalties for being inactive, throwing, and leaving matches early. As the number of violations increases, the offending player will face increasingly longer matchmaking suspensions. For recurring behaviors that persistently ruin the gameplay experience of others, we will implement even stricter disciplinary measures.
Quick Match will no longer share a penalty escalation tier with Arcade Mode. Instead, it will utilize its own independent penalty tier, with increasing penalty severity compared to the previous baseline.
Teamwork is just as crucial in Quick Match. Whether you're practicing a new hero, testing out team compositions, or simply enjoying the game with friends, the time and effort every player invests deserves to be taken seriously. Through these adjustments, we hope to mitigate the negative impact caused by inactivity, throwing, and early leaving, ensuring that everyone can enjoy a complete and satisfying match experience.
Appeals and Unforeseen Circumstances:
We fully understand that in the real world, you may occasionally encounter network disconnections, hardware crashes, or other unexpected emergencies. If you are penalized due to an abnormal disconnection caused by a sudden network or hardware failure, you can submit an appeal through our Customer Support channels. Once the situation is verified, we will revoke the corresponding penalties to ensure players aren't unnecessarily punished for genuine accidents.
A lost team fight, a botched synergy, or falling behind early does not mean a match is doomed. Continuing to communicate, adjusting your strategy, and backing each other up can be the exact spark needed to turn the tide. We strongly encourage everyone to work with their teammates to find a winning solution when facing adversity, rather than resorting to passive gameplay or giving up prematurely. Handing out penalties is not our ultimate goal; protecting the rights of dedicated players and fostering an environment where everyone strives together for victory is what we truly wish to achieve.
Thank you for your continued support in maintaining a healthy and competitive gaming environment! Ignite the Battle!
